Congratulations to current hooker Henry Palmer on receiving his Newport cap. Henry passed the milestone during the Covid interrupted season but has now had official recognition with his cap being awarded by a legendary Newport hooker, Bryn Meredith.
The 26 year old has now featured 113 times in Black & Amber, scoring 12 tries along the way and that total is sure to grow.
