The club were delighted to be able to help former Newport, Wales and British Lions player David Burcher send a Newport RFC 100 cap to his great friend Neil Brown who now lives in New Zealand.
Neil played 106 games for Newport in the late 1970’s, usually in the centre, alongside David and also another British Lion Gareth Evans.
We wish him well on the other side of the world in another rugby mad nation!
