Our home Indigo Welsh Premiership fixture against RGC 1404 this Saturday has been switched to the Bridge Field, Bedwas. The kick off time remains unchanged at 1430.
Our home at Newport Stadium has suffered water damage to vital electrical systems in the heavy rain this week and repairs can not be completed in time for the game to go ahead there.
We are very grateful to our friends at Bedwas hosting the game at such short notice.
The management of Newport RFC appreciate that this situation is not ideal but with RGC unable to play fixtures in South Wales midweek, it was felt that this was in both teams best interests to play the game at a neutral venue on the scheduled date.
We hope to see lots of the Black & Amber faithful on Saturday supporting the boys in what is a vital game for us.
