Friends of Newport Rugby hosted the annual Newport RFC Hall of Fame on Friday and once again it was a superb event with the best of ‘Black & Amber’ being celebrated.
FoNR Hon. Patron Alun Williams hosted the event ably assisted by Trust chairman Andrew Hopkins and club chairman Will Godfrey.
8 former players were inducted: Roger Bidgood, Gordon Britton, Sven Cronk, Ken Davies, Del Haines, Tom England, Jerry Shea & Geoff Whitson
