Newport RFC would like to thank the coaches and players of Cardiff Met University for the joint training session held on Tuesday evening in Cardiff. Newport are without a match for several weeks and so Ty Morris was keen to keep the momentum going by having some full-on contact training sessions to replicate match situations.
Newport’s next match is away at Aberavon on Saturday 12th October.
