Matt O’Brien is the winner of the November player of the month award after picking up the most votes in the recent Friends of Newport Rugby Twitter poll
The talented No.10 has been in fine form recently and despite suffering a leg injury at Pontypridd was back pulling the strings and organising the team during Sunday’s league win over Carmarthen Quins.
Coach Stuart Lawrence made the presentation of the award in the Bisley Suite where Matt received a very warm and generous reception from the Newport faithful.
