Last Saturday saw the Black & Ambers create history by beating Cardiff for the fourth time in a season. The win also earns a place in the final of the Welsh Premier Cup at the Principality stadium. Exciting times for Newport RFC but on Sunday it’s back to league business as they face a much-improved RGC outfit.
At the time of writing Newport need nine points from their remaining three games to be certain of the league title. A win on Sunday will be a huge step in achieving the target.
