NEWPORT v SWANSEA

Next up for Newport is Swansea in the Indigo Premiership at Newport Stadium.  The All-Whites have lost both their league games so far but that doesn’t tell the complete story.  They lost by one point at home to Bridgend and by three points away to Pontypool – both games lost by injury time penalties.  These two losses could easily have been two wins so they can’t be taken for granted.

The Black & Ambers came down to earth with a bump on Saturday when a poor performance by them coincided with a good performance by those Blue & Blacks from down the road resulting in us getting an early exit from the Premier Cup.  So now we concentrate on the league, where we have maximum ten points from our two games.

The Coaching Team make several changes as they rotate the squad.
