Newport go into this game on the back of two great wins – an arm wrestle in the mud at Bedwas against a tough RGC outfit and a last kick thriller at Cardiff Arms Park against the league leaders. Two very different opponents, two very different pitches and two extremely exciting games.
Next up for the Black & Ambers is a very good Llandovery side. The Drovers achieved a narrow two-point victory when the teams met at Church Bank early in the season. They have a very strong defence and a very dangerous attack. This will be another stern test for the Newport team.
