Newport face Esher in the last preseason game before the Indigo Premier League season starts. Esher RFC invited The Black & Ambers to play this game as part of their centenary celebrations. Founded a hundred years ago by four men who met in a pub. One of these men was from Newport and he suggested that they use the colours of his home club, black & amber. We are very happy to wear our blue change strip tomorrow so that the Esher fifteen can wear the famous colours.
