Oli joined Newport at the start of the 2021/22 campaign and hit the ground running with a number of tries in his first couple of appearances. A member of the Dragons Academy, he has a very bright future in rugby ahead of him as he breaks into the Dragons full squad. Has represented Wales at U20 level.
