Strong centre joins Newport RFC

Newport RFC have been looking to recruit quality in the centre of the backline and have done just that with the signing of Jack Brooks from Cardiff. The strong running player has made a big impression in the capital city and will be looking to continue his development with the Black & Ambers.

New backs coach James Dixon commented, ‘Jack joins us from the table topping Cardiff RFC squad. He has shown that he is a solid performer at Premiership level during his time with the Blue & Blacks and will bring a lot of experience to the squad.’

Newport RFC are currently awaiting guidance from the WRU and Welsh Assembly Government on when training and then matches can restart.
