Developing through Caldicot RFC before playing for Pontypool, Elliott had a season playing rugby in Australia before returning to Wales and Newport RFC.
Unlucky to pick up a serious knee injury in pre-season training for 2019/20 he made a considerable impact in his first season at the club.
